Projects are bad and there is no learning in most of them. Managers have no spine and will say yes to whatever client says. HR is laid back. There is no pay parity , infact in the same team,people with lower designation earn more than higher designation. There is no leave pay out ,so it doesn't matter if you save your leaves or not cos you won't get paid. Promotions are mostly dependent on your contacts and not on the actual performance. Incompetent employees are made managers who don't know how to deal with clients,due to this they are always on the backfoot.
