Avoid all startups founded by Fragcolor's Italian founder. He is, without a doubt, the worst person, business owner, manager, and colleague you could ever encounter in your career. The previous reviews, while accurate, have actually been quite generous. Working with this individual has been the most negative experience of my life, and I’m sure others who have left or been laid off would agree.
