The attorneys and paralegals are really great and there is a really friendly, collegial atmosphere in the firm. You also get a lot of hands on experience as a paralegal which is great.

There is a lot of disorganization that leads to some people having really overwhelming workloads, whereas others have much less. Hiring for new positions when everyone was overwhelmed also took a very long time.
