If you get a slow patch with low density of potential customers such as rural or small citiies, you get burned for not performing like guys who have national accounts to sign off 20 high end boxes in a go when you have to work your arse off for 1 entry level sale!

You generally work with good people, everyone is supportive

Svantaggi

Management is deaf, incapable and unethical & rude. Some managers allow themselves to swear in meetings, for no good reason. Obnoxious way of speaking with people by the senior managers. CEO is funnelling cash out of the business via the consulting services billed by the main shareholder.
