Huge discrimination issues from managers and directors. They need to attend management seminars to learn how to treat their teams. Salaries are also an issue, since management clearly stated that we want young people with no experience in order to pay them the basic salary. Also it was stated that all staff is expendable. From this statement alone you can understand how people are treated in this company.
