8yThank you so much for your helpful feedback. We are so glad you are taking advantage of our world-class training program and learning new skills. We work hard to make sure each employee has the opportunity to advance within the company. Unfortunately in a service business, when time is critical and companies are relying on us for quick service to issues, we cannot close our offices during inclement weather. We do offer employees the option of using paid time off if they feel it is not safe to travel.
