      This organization cares about their customers and employees. During the recent shutdowns, Fraser was easily able to pivot to provide a safe workplace due to technologies that were already in place. This company values work-life balance, and speaking from a sales perspective, offers highly-desired flexibility. Fraser provides countless training opportunities for salespeople to become more professional, knowledgeable and be able to offer our customers a truly custom experience that is based on consultation and relationship-building. Compensation can be very lucrative, especially when selling into new accounts. Commitment and longevity are rewarded with named accounts and a recurring-revenue/commission cycle that makes it easier to stay in for long-term career paths.

      More advertising would be great to build brand awareness and have more potential clients recognize Fraser as a strategic business partner.
