      -Unrealistic benchmarks for bonuses(majority of your pay is based off of after first year) -Horrible Management -Job Description and what you actually have to do are completely separate

Our compensation program, which includes uncapped commissions and generous bonus packages, is viewed as one of the best in our industry. If you are experiencing an issue with your manager or are confused about your job description, we encourage you to contact our HR department to discuss it.       The amount of training and number of times Fraser set up opportunities for success was extremely impressive and helpful. The skills I learned from working there will be applicable in my life forever (in or out of my career).
