They will lay off huge sections of the company the moment they become unprofitable Terrible health/vision/dental benefits Terrible 401k Really the worst kind of company. The kind that pretends it cares about its workers. They will give you more and more work and expect you to be a team player while saying things like "we're a team" "we're a family" etc. But they will get rid of you the moment their budget is in trouble. And it's in trouble a lot. Then they'll have a company wide meeting and say it was "a really hard decision" before immediately talking about how bad the workers they got rid of were and that they were poor performers. Right after that they're say the company is in great shape and that there is nothing to worry about. Then they'll do the exact same thing in a few months with another group of employees.
