Just like any start up it is a great place to learn new skills. The people are great, and so are most of the customers. Benefits are great and pay is higher then normal. The hybrid and remote work are great depending where you are located.

This company keeps changing their direction and you cant see where they are headed. In this past year already 2 departments have been shut down, and close to 10 people where fired. The CEO keeps changing his mind, he will tell you to do one thing and then the next month he will do a 180 flip. If you ask any of the staff they do not know where the company is going. It seems like they are loosing more money than they are bringing in. Yet the Marketing team is at full force I have never seen any start up with more than 1 or 2 people in Marketing. Yet here there is 5+ and 0 is Sales, instead they expect other client facing teams to upsell packages for income.
