The team know where improvements need to be made and are on the journey to making them. They put their customers and team at the heart of everything they do. Change does not happen overnight but if you like a challenge and want to make a difference this is a good company to join.

I am really enjoying my time at Freebridge and working alongside people who really want to make a difference.

Great people who care about the job they do make this place. Loads of training opportunities and the chance to get involved with things that a totally outside your job role.

Some areas of weak management stick out like a sore thumb.
