Terrible management/people skills - multiple managers/directors seek conflicting results from lower levels. Every manager has a different and varied approach to a matter. Unprofessionalism - One director compared the staff to “monkeys.” One manager often insulted coworkers with jokes which often crossed the line. Gossip mill - staff and management gossiped often about various topics and employees. It became difficult to efficiently work. HR lacks in the “human” aspect - Management/Director wishes are prioritized over lower, (often) less experienced staff which lead to neglect and animosity among the department.
