      There are not many good things about this workplace. I was thinking about leaving this section blank, but I can't.

      Upper management was poor at change management. These terrible people expected employees to change their way of working and attitude instantly, which created a ridiculous amount of chaos and stress in people's lives

      Due to the high standards and expectations, most are arrogant with terrible attitudes! If you don't fit into management's standards, you'll be discriminated and disrespected, and even your colleagues will make your life hell!
