This is a great place to gain experience and build your professional portfolio. The small size of the company enables hands on learning and you receive great guidance from upper management. You are allowed to try new things on your own while learning from those who are more experienced. Senior employees genuinely care about what new employees think and value their opinions and ideas both in terms of creative strategy and personal experience.

Salary is a little on the low side of industry standard, and work can be disorganized and hectic. There is little to no training for new employees which can leave those who are in need of more help very overwhelmed and prone to fail. Those who can self-teach and grow will succeed. Systems and methods are somewhat outdated.
