Lack of communication through out the business

None! This company will threaten to fire you BEFORE being hired, micromanaged like crazy and when you find a new opportunity they will tarnish your career if you want to progress you career for a real company that hires people to do a job instead of be tortured and fired. Managers are lunatics and survive of a singular broker.

Terrible company 0/10 do not recommend to anyone who is thinking of joining or applying. Hired 9 people fired all except me within 2 months of onboarding. We were told we have job security and they lied to everyone. Have no organization and will try to sue you and anyone else if you try to leave and progress your career with a real company. Highly recommend to stay away. No reason to take this opportunity if you want to be used for dials and then fired for not doing your job.
