Mid company mid pay mid benefits. Management is cool but they need to invest more in their employees and more in the business as a whole. It feels like we are wasting a lot of time chasing our own tails with things that just do not get fixed.

They have been late and unclear about our bonuses very often since I have joined.

Communication internally can be absent at times - but that's something that can easily be improved. More internal training & career growth opportunities could be provided.
