- awesome work experience since I had the opportunity to work with incredibly smart, talented and helpful people that didn't take themselves too seriously and looked out for each other - challenging and fast growing environment - a lot of fun team events and happy hours

- people tend to stay late in the office. But free dinner and hanging out with cool colleagues make up for it!

Serving an industry that is lacking innovation, i.e. lots of opportunity, nice office in the heart of Berlin, two seasoned founders (who are, unfortunately, not involved in the day to day anymore)

homogeneous culture, lack of diversity, lack of leadership experience in product management, process heavy, underpaid employees, not enough senior experience, one overly confident founder, little transparency, big gap in vision, lack of innovation compared to competition, really bad top-down communication, nepotism, lots of talk about speaking up, but a lack of actions to follow
