Stakeholders are some of the smartest data engineers I have known in the list and data industry. I am not surprised by the growth this company has achieved in the last 3 years - I have learned a lot from their creativity and data genius. Definitely know how to get the best ROI for clients using the rockstars of the industry in and out of US.

Need to develop more satellite offices in US and Europe. Their outreach can quadruple this way.

Small company where it's fairly easy to connect with everyone. Great ideas brought forward by sales and project manager. Some great people have been hired so a lot of good can be done. They do try to do team bonding as best as possible. Owners are kind people and they try, but there are issues between he said/she said when it comes to decision making.

Poor communication between India team and US team, which leads to a lot of frustration. No clear and cohesive operating procedures though that could have recently changed. A lot of meetings that are a waste of time. Mandatory reporting of what you do every single day, which is also a waste of time. This may have changed too, but micromanagement is definitely there. Open office space, which is very distracting especially with loud phone talkers.
