      Good basic salary, realistic achievable bonus in parts.

      No company culture, teams generally not that supportive of each other across the departmental functions. Long hours required to accomplish all required tasks. Too much time spent sorting problems with little direction and support provided. Too many accounts to look after.

      Get to meet different people during deliveries

      Management staff can be very rude with how they interact with employees, a lot of favoritism and you never get the amount of hours you are told you would receive which means your check looks terrible
