Biased, Rude and Unprofessional - Recensione dipendente - Senior Consultant presso Fresh Gravity

-Senior management, especially at client success, is very unprofessional. One of them used to talk down to me like "who the hell are you!", "eeks, you are so sub-standard!" etc even when you suggest some solution that does make sense. - As long the client project goes on the client is happy, they will not bother you. As soon as the there is some issue like budget down sizing at the client, project cancellation etc.,they will talk rubbish to you saying neither the client nor they were ever happy. - Favoritism -If you are working at client location, and you spot another opportunity (not for your self, but for the company in general), and you mention it to them, they will shut you down. At the time I felt like "why should I even care to suggest or help"
