      There are some great people working here, lots of overtime available/thrust upon you if you are looking for that in a job. Company provides boots, coats, gloves and other equipment. Decent benefits.

      Long hours, chronic under staffing issues, and poor wage sucks the life out of everyone hired, which leads to people walking out daily. Workers are thrown in to new positions with little to no new training. Work related injuries are common.

      So many to list. The foreigners are usually the ones put in positions such as machine operators and the Guatemalans getaway with everything. They don't care about their people at this place
