      Never short of work to be done, and overtime to be had

      Understaffed for the work load expected. Which causes a concern for the Quality of product.. Possible Safety Concerns due to lack of maintenance personal being properly trained. Equipment cannot sometimes be repaired, or replaced properly due to lack of parts, and/or skills.

      So many to list. The foreigners are usually the ones put in positions such as machine operators and the Guatemalans getaway with everything. They don't care about their people at this place
