Smaller store can be slower at times

Flexible hours with insurance provided at a very reasonable price for those in certain departments even with only working 24 hours a week. Usually a nice working environment and It is fun working in a position that lets you chat with people all day.. It is easy to become a supervisor, however, there is no increase in wages once you become one.

Getting enough hours can often be a struggle. For those who have been working there for a long time there is no chance whatsoever of ever getting a pay increase. There have been no raises for many employees for more than 7 years as their wages capped out a long time ago at what is now a low wage.
