Smaller company culture that looks for employees with an entrepreneurial drive. Those who are self starters will thrive at this company.

      While there is ample growth opportunity, I'm finding the compensation benefits to stay long-term is why people choose to move on. That said, those who choose to stay here are "lifers."

      Great pay, benefits, bonuses. There are a lot of talented and genuinely good people who work for this company. If you work in the office you can get 5 weeks of PTO. Most people are out of the office by 3 or 4.
