Freshpet has a horrible culture. They bait and switch you by interviewing and touring your in their state of the art plant and then without warning put you in their original old plant (that you are never toured through and have no idea what you are signing up for) that is heavy lifting, and old broken down machines. It is truly the unsafest place I have ever worked, with injuries happening daily. And if you get hurt even by no fault Of your own they will demand you still come to work and sit there for 12 hours doing nothing then finally they will fire you. The bullying is disgusting like a highschool. Watched them break down and beat up many associates. HR is a joke they see and absolutely know of the horrific ways some of their employees are being bullied and do nothing to help or remedy the situation. Their supervisors are disgusting if you like sexual harassment, and egotistical jerks work Day2 at Plant 1 there is no shortage of abuse there. Further more should you be fired they will steal your personal items from your locker. Beware of this company.
