I love startup life so I don't really have any cons, but here are some potentials for other people: - startup means that systems can still be in flux...things are prone to change quickly as we find the best way to do them - unless you're in Calgary, periodic travel is a must (we have team meetings in Calgary every few months) - you must be able to work independently as we are busy so close supervision isn't usually an option

* Everyone truly lives the company's Core Values. * Squads are cross-functional but everyone is one big family. * Remote with access to HQ office space is great for health and deep work * Early stage company just about to hit significant growth so impact is tangible * The combination of being formally an Agile org while adhering to maturity of being Enterprise Process driven makes for a innovative environment that is targeting repeatable successes.

* Transition from early stage to growth stage is bumpy; but no more than it is like in any other startup that gets global traction.
