I would not recommend joining the Sales team at Frido based on my personal experience.
The work environment, in my experience, lacked the leadership, support, and professionalism that sales teams need to succeed. One of my biggest concerns was employee well-being. During periods of heavy rain and difficult commuting conditions, I felt that management did not give adequate consideration to employee safety, particularly for women employees who faced additional challenges while travelling.
I also found the leadership style to be discouraging rather than supportive. Constructive feedback was often replaced by unnecessary pressure, and there was limited effort to motivate or develop the sales team. This created a stressful work environment and negatively affected morale.
From my perspective, the organization would benefit from stronger leadership in international business development and better people management practices. Sales professionals perform best when they are trusted, coached, and respected, and I did not consistently experience that culture.
Employee retention also appeared to be a challenge during my time with the company, with several colleagues choosing to leave. While everyone's experience may differ, I believe the company should focus on improving leadership, employee welfare, communication, and creating a healthier workplace culture.
