Poor management. Too much favoritism. Some employees are lwt go for sad little reasons, other employees have verbally abused consumers, stolen money, and made for toxic work environment with no penalties.

Constant turnover. They will hire anybody who can pass a drug test. Tolerate poor work attendance and unethical behavior because they need people 24/7
