I truly enjoyed working with the whole Frogdata team when I was there. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating when I needed to re-structure hours and locations (remote and office). Your salary should fit your base financial needs when you join. They are pretty good about that. There is plenty of commission opportunity. The organization is still hiring and growing so there is plenty of territory left for the right salesperson. This is a hunter type role. If you fit that description, you will do very well here. There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy in your sales role. Just be a clear communicator and give your best effort. The rewards will follow.

The introduction of new products to the sales team can be a bit daunting but if you are a quick learner, you will be able to become a strong presenter quickly. They are still building some essential sales tools but they are on the right track.
