The team coaches are too much like a high school cool kids group that snubs anyone that isn't in the group.lIt's a call center and they are always playing video games and playing music far too loudly. The leadership, some of them, are far too young to be in a leadership position it's almost like you won't be promoted if you aren't cool enough to be on the in crowd.
