Very good compensation and benefits however that comes from a union. Company is going in wrong direction abandoning customers that have been with us for 20 plus years. No longer want to maintain customer voice and data networks which is our bread and butter what a shame.

20 years behind started laying fiber 2 years ago as new company direction should put a zero behind the two we are 20 years behind and have lost several areas due to neglect of infrastructure and company management.
