Good people working in departments doing the best the can with the poor processes.

Poor upper management. VP's , directors and managers interested in day to day activities when they should be focusing on improving processes and customer experience's and how to move the company forward to be successful. Poor network reliably and no collaboration between departments to improve anything. More interested in their MTTR so they get their bonuses.
