Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Case Manager presso Frontier Health

Pay is horrible for the work you do. Direct supervisors don't know what they are doing and can't help when needed, they need training! Communication is so poor that no one knows what's going on. Staff like to talk behind your back and gossip all day instead of working.
