- Great if you’re studying or doing your own research, no one’s breathing down your neck about strict hours or full-time focus.

- The senior team has no real leadership experience, so it’s hard to see where the company is actually going. There’s basically no real management. Feels like we’re floating sometimes.
- The board or advsiors ? No idea what they even do.
- Zero room to grow unless someone quits or leaves the leadership team.
- You learn a lot because you’re left to figure everything out yourself, but that’s also the problem. And pay is alright for the flexibility.

Since Amal, the senior team do not know how to run the business or give any meaningful direction. Lot of uncertainty. Limited scope for growth unless someone in the senior team leaves.
