Feels like we’re floating sometimes. - The board or advsiors ? No idea what they even do. - Zero room to grow unless someone quits or leaves the leadership team. - You learn a lot because you’re left to figure everything out yourself, but that’s also the problem. And pay is alright for the flexibility.

Great work culture that does not track hours worked, and is ‘life first’.

Since Amal, the senior team do not know how to run the business or give any meaningful direction. Lot of uncertainty. Limited scope for growth unless someone in the senior team leaves.
