They celebrate milestones giving pizza and prosecco vouchers, people are nice, managers do check in with you and you have loads of perks, and at the end of the year you get a bonus based on the benefits achieved during the year.

Micromanaging is a thing, if you finish your workload you are going to be covering up for someone who has not, fast paced, and procedures do change often which can be confusing and frustrating.
