Cool company, poor change management - Recensione dipendente - Communications Specialist presso Frontiers

Really poor leadership decisions as the company has doubled in size in the last year. Not enough HR structure so managers play favorites with promotions. All of the roles have been diluted by expansion. Things are very siloed in marketing and communications. You have to compete for work and every sub team is protective of their projects and won't share information. Lacking in a company culture.
