Full remote working and good colleagues. The salary is decent but in most countries (Spain, Protugal, Italy...) there are no benefits, bonus, pension or healthcare.

I would not recommend anyone to join, and even more, if you are working here, RUN. This company will collapse soon completely absorbed by the chinese market. UM are completely outside the reality and act as dictators. Although we dont have any benefits, that is not important at all because we have an amazing 'achieivers platform' where managers anb workers can ''thank you'' for your work. That was one the most ridiculous things Ive ever seen in my life.

Thank you for feedback. We have reviewed our benefits package over the past year and have competitive packages in most countries, and we are currently working towards this in all locations. Our 'Achievers' platform was allows colleagues to thank or recognize each other and has been well received.
