Constant changes with no time to work on improvements, leading to miscommunication among teams, lack of consistency in customer services and consequent issues that make work difficult to all. Managers need better knowledge of company processes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about miscommunication among teams, and are evaluating new ways to improve. Standardizing SOPs was a particular focus for 2023 - and is an ongoing project this year - and this inevitably brings about change.
