Panicked decision-making - company makes a lot of hasty, poorly considered decisions at critical times and this affects entire operations. Poor communication. This is self explanatory and I do not wish to recall the communication style of this company as it often caused severe frustration for me and others. Career growth - not necessarily available even if you are proactive about it; just keep applying to other jobs.
