We use a number of channels including weekly MS Teams posts, monthly leadership updates, monthly OKR reviews, in-person open doors sessions, and our regular email newsletter. Managers also communicate in weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s and everything is documented and open to read.
