I love the team atmosphere, knowing that we can always reach out for support and help each other to improve. Working from home is a huge plus for the easy commute!

You have to really prepare to work from home. If you don't set up your environment, it is tough to be able to keep up with an ever-changing call center.

Your feedback as a seasoned agent is helpful. It truly is important to have the right equipment out the gate and we have shifted our onboarding to include spending more time setting up, learning, and using the different technologies.
