Management tends to be overly controlling despite claims to the contrary. Targets are often unrealistic, and there's a recurring issue with inappropriate jokes and unprofessional behaviour in the workplace. To be clear, my concerns aren’t with the company as a whole—just with the management and environment at this particular health franchise location.
