Remote/hybrid flexibility promised during hiring as being permanent was eventually revoked without proper communication or compensation Long commutes are now mandatory for many employees with no additional support offered Leadership is often tone deaf to the needs and expectations of staff bait and switch practices damage trust. Company branding talks a big game ("best place you ever work"), but day to day realities don't align.
