Generous PTO policy(after the first year), especially compared to industry standards Some internal mobility employees can move into new roles, even without all the listed qualifications. Decent colleagues and teamwork culture at the ground level

Remote/hybrid flexibility promised during hiring as being permanent was eventually revoked without proper communication or compensation Long commutes are now mandatory for many employees with no additional support offered Leadership is often tone deaf to the needs and expectations of staff bait and switch practices damage trust. Company branding talks a big game ("best place you ever work"), but day to day realities don't align. Career movement isn't always based on merit, which can lead to ill equipped people in critical roles

Moving forward with new technology and process improvements. Good relationships with staff.

Svantaggi

Breaking commitments of flexible work schedules and remote/hybrid options. Elimination of hybrid work is causing stress, long commutes, and lower wages due to the high price of gas. Executive management is disconnected from needs of staff.
