management needs to let several of their senior employees go, not only can they hardly perform their work duties they are a an endangerment to others. several co-workers have nearly been crushed by these senior fork lift drivers on the dock there is no work performance tracking so therefore most employees slack off while the few decent ones with strong work ethics work themselves ragged and end up feeling taken advantage of and highly unappreciated within the office it much the same, some employees are very helpful and attentive while others take personal phone calls and watch TV on their phones and don't care about what their job requirements are because all they get is a slap on the wrist and they then continue to do the same thing again leaving the employees with a strong ethic stressed, overburdened, and frustrated.
