- micro managed by managements - during my tenure I have seen 7-8 people being asked to leave, these are people who have been working for the past decade in the company. - no advancement, flat out rejection. Preferable to hire inexperience people from outside Organization - Leader of Organization changes direction faster than you can think - prepared to be overworked and not be compensated equally for it - mentally tiring and exhausting
