Severe lack of Projects. Poor upper management lacking any vision. No transparency in terms of appraisals leading to high attrition rate. Very few quality projects. Most of the projects involve mundane support work. Comparatively less number of leaves. Pathetic canteen food. Fewer onsite opportunities. Rampant politics and boot licking.
