10yThanks for the positive comments. In terms of workloads, I think it is fair to say that we work in a very fast-moving industry, and as such we are needing to move faster and do things in different ways than we have in the past, to keep pace with the needs of our customers. In terms of processes, given the mission critical systems we run for our customers, there is a pretty heavy level of governance that we need in place, which can make some of our ways of working slow. We recognise this, and are working to become more agile, without losing the control that we need.
