Onboarding - Recensione dipendente - Network Engineer presso Fujitsu

the most convoluted onboarding i have ever seen, the requested receipts to prove my location and details of over 10 years of my life it was terrible, HR was awful, documents i had provided were not shared between HR and the security team due to poor communication, i was told 'we are a massive company, these things happen' to which my reply was how is this MY problem ??
