Rural location, small company, not many engineers

Good people, they treat you well. Take you out for your birthday even. Regular company meetings with no holds barred.

Shift was too long (10 hours). Too easy to get laid off due to layoff policy. Too many workers making mistakes and it not being account for (thus leading to lost business).
